Solnet Solutions now has the first fully certified Carnegie Mellon Enterprise Architect in New Zealand.

The Carnegie Mellon Enterprise Architecture certification spans 3 courses and covers the fundamentals of Enterprise Architecture including  Frameworks, Methodologies, Artefacts, Best Practices, use of Tools and Repositories and how Standards, Security and Workforce should be considered in an Enterprise Architecture initiative.

Enterprise Architecture is recognised as a growing profession and organisations are increasingly looking to qualified individuals to guide their Enterprise Architecture programs.

Architects engage with various stakeholders at the strategic and business levels and work with technologists to decide how technology can be harvested and harnessed. Additionally, they can assist in the evolvement of technical solutions to support the needs of the corporate strategy and business.
